Chip Nvidia Tegra 2 with Support 3D

In all probability the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona Nvidia will begin introducing the next generation platform Tegra 3, which however should not have a marketing term. Apparently it’s coming a second solution of the same line, which we’ll probably trade in the first half of year, it shows the image “stolen” you see below.

Nvidia Tegra 3D 2 is a variant of the chip designed for gadgets that we already know (and mobile phones / smartphones) with a full 3D. The new Nvidia Tegra 3D 2 will be based on the Cortex A9 dual core clocked up to 1.2GHz, and will go into production by the first quarter of the year, with availability planned for spring 2011.

There is another speculation coming from the same source, even in optical Mobile World Congress, after the voices that want 2 Tegra development platform for Android Honeycomb, it seems that this new chip at 1.2Ghz is no support for Google Chrome OS, a system that we will see in practice only in 2011.
