The Taiwanese Coolpc site has posted some pictures showing in detail the exterior design, the details of the PCB and the construction of the cooling system of a GeForce GTX 560Ti based on nVidia‘s reference model.
The cooling system takes up two slots on the motherboard and uses a fan mounted on a central circular heatsink connected to two side radiators through 3 heatpipes. VRAM memory chips and voltage regulators are allayed by a metal plate which covers most of the PCB.
The internal power supply section is assigned to a 4 +1 phase circuitry and is supported by two external 6-pin PCIe connectors. The SLI connector is one of the GPU while the package is rectangular like the GTX 460.
