Netbook NEC LifeTouch Note with Nvidia Tegra 2

NEC has announced the launch of a new netbook, NEC Lifetouch Notes, the sale of which will start from next March. The device will be based on the operating system Android 2.2 Froyo, but we do not exclude that it can be upgraded to the latest OS versions of Google, when available. The mini-notebook NEC Lifetouch Notes has a QWERTY keyboard, a 7-inch display with resistive touchscreen at 800 x 480 pixels.

The heart of this netbook is powered by a Nvidia Tegra processor 2, while the connectivity module uses a 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, 2 megapixel camera, GPS, accelerometer, digital compass, mini-USB and Battery That can provide up to 9 hours of battery life. The weight of NEC Lifetouch is about 700 grams and will be available in two configurations. The first will have a storage of 8GB, 8GB memory card included, and three colors (Piano Black, Chocolate Brown and Red) at a price of about $ 539.

The second version, however, can count on only 2GB of storage, 2GB memory card and only one color available (Piano Black) priced at $ 480. NEC also said that by next April will be a third declension, priced at $ 659 with 8GB storage, modems and 3G 8GB memory card. Lifetouch is marketed in Japan for now.
