NVIDIA T25 3D

Most of the tablet for sale during the first quarter of 2011 will incorporate the NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor with clock frequency of 1 GHz, however, the company had already planned to launch a new version of the SoC with support for stereo vision .

T25 NVIDIA, Tegra 2 or 3D-based architecture dual core ARM Cortex A9, will have a working frequency of 1.2 GHz and offers 5,520 MIPS (million instructions per second). This is confirmed also by the addition of support for the new chips within the code of Chromium OS.

The first products with the T25 should be presented during the CeBIT in Hanover. It is very likely that the G-Slate tablet from LG uses exactly this chip, but in the second quarter of the smartphone might be announced even with 3D display.

Meanwhile, rumors about a possible presentation of Tegra 3 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The third generation of SoC will consist of a CPU quad core Cortex A9, and a GeForce 8 or 9 with CUDA support.
